Stress and anxiety can have many effects on both body and mind: insomnia, mental fatigue, physical tensions, racing thoughts or difficulty concentrating.
In Échirolles, near Grenoble (French Alps), I offer different approaches to calm the mind, release tensions and promote restorative sleep.

How do sessions work? 

Some approaches (such as reflexology, energy care or root-cause blockage release) can be combined within the same session, depending on your needs.
However, techniques like the Ayurvedic Marma massage or Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage are performed on their own during a session, to preserve their specificity and effectiveness.

 

👉 Each session is personalized and aims to reduce stress, improve sleep quality and restore lasting inner balance.

These approaches are particularly helpful for insomnia, frequent night awakenings, chronic anxiety, nervousness or persistent emotional fatigue.
