Tui-Na Massage

Tui-Na massage is one of the five essential branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine

 

Tui means to push and Na, to grasp. These are the two main types of manipulation. This massage is at the origin of many Western massages, in particular the Swedish massage.

 

It is a massage that is practiced while dressed, lasting 1h30, it allows a deep massage of all the muscles of the back, legs and arms. Specific stretching allows for deep and gentle relaxation. Finally, a stimulation work on the different meridians and by pressure points allows to restore an optimal energy circulation.

 

Indications for a Tuina massage

  • Mobility problems (back pain, tendonitis, stiffness, etc.)

  • Disorders of the blood and lymphatic circulation system

  • Disorders of the gastrointestinal system (constipation, bloating, ...)

  • Headache, migraine, depression and nervousness

  • Joint stiffness and post-traumatic pain
