Access Bars © is the basic tool of Access Consciousness ©, this gentle technic was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. It consists of 32 energy bars which are activated through and around the head. These bars connect to specific "bar points" and correspond to different places and aspects of life.

During an Access Bars © session, a practitioner will gently touch these points to release the electromagnetic charge from all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that may have limited you in the areas of life in question.
